Park Model Slips starting at $500, month-to-month
We have many different slips to choose from and prices range with each slip. We would love to give you a tour of our park and help you pick the perfect slip for you!
Policies
Things to know...

All sites can hold up to at least 50 Foot / 5 slide outs

2 vehicles per site, additional storage is available

All sites are full hook-up with water, sewer and 30/50-amp electric.

Propane is located next door (Propane Plus)

Rates include 2 adults per RV. Only one occupied RV per site. *

Additional $50.00 per month for third person

No Tents

Contained fires only
Payment
-
There is a $150.00 security deposit that will apply to any late charges/electric bill, when departing

All payments due on the 1st of each month.

$25.00 late charge on the 6th - additional $10.00 per day thereafter

Drivers License must be presented at the time of executing the service agreement

When departing the park you MUST check out at the front office/after hours see park host

You must depart on the 1st or pay for another month
